STOCKER CONSULTING AG is an international management consultancy

The new rationalisation Method Video Process Analysis VPA to
achieve the Operational Excellence has been developed by STOCKER CONSULTING AG. This new rationalisation method is the further
development of the REFA based MTM procedure. Processes are recorded by video, on a PC
digitalised and visualised and broken down into sequences. The determination of standard
times takes place simultaneously. Members of the staff are involved in Continuous Improvement
Programs CIP and can easily identify with the results - complete transparency.
